RSVP Attendee List

Shows who has RSVP'd to a post, and gives the organiser the controls to manage them — approve, reject, and export.

Pairs with the RSVP Form, which collects the RSVPs. Enable both under Voxel Toolkit → Widgets and place them on the same single-post template.

List Settings

Think about what the public sees

This widget usually sits on a public template. Show Statuses decides whether visitors see pending and rejected RSVPs alongside approved ones — for a public guest list, show approved only.

Export

Export Available To is the important one — set it so only the organiser or administrators can export. Left open, any visitor could download your attendee list, including names and email addresses.

An attendee export is personal data

The CSV contains names, and usually email addresses, of people who signed up. Restrict who can download it, and handle the file accordingly under your privacy policy and GDPR obligations.

Admin actions

Show Admin Actions adds approve and reject controls inline, so an organiser can moderate from the front end without going into the admin.

Button labels are editable under Labels — Approve Button Text, Reject Button Text, and the export label — so the wording fits your event's tone and can be translated.

Troubleshooting

The list is empty

• Confirm the post has RSVPs — the widget only shows what the RSVP Form collected
• Check Show Statuses: if only approved is ticked and everything is pending, the list looks empty
• Confirm you're viewing a real post, not an Elementor preview

Admin actions don't appear

Show Admin Actions is off, or the current user isn't the post author or an administrator. Approval is author-based.

The export button is missing

Show Export Button is off, or the current user isn't in Export Available To.

Attendees appear twice

Someone RSVP'd more than once, or a guest was added separately. Reject the duplicate rather than deleting it, so the record is kept.
