Voxel Ads
Voxel Ads is a two-way bridge between the Voxel theme and the AdRotate plugin. Your users buy banner ads through Voxel's paid-listing flow; the plugin pushes each banner into AdRotate as a real, scheduled, group-assigned ad, and pulls live performance figures back into Voxel.
Current release: 1.0.0. See the changelog for what's in each version.
What it does
| Voxel → AdRotate | Every banner submitted through a Voxel post type becomes a real AdRotate ad — desktop and mobile creatives, click-through URL, a schedule locked to the listing plan's duration, and a group mapped per plan. |
| AdRotate → Voxel | Impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, revenue and days remaining flow back as Voxel dynamic tags, Elementor dynamic tags, a Banner Stats widget, a post-edit meta box and a dashboard widget. |
| Ad placement | A rules engine inserts ads between post-feed cards, between timeline statuses, and between the paragraphs of single posts — with geographic, category and time-of-day targeting. |
| Advertiser tools | An optional AI generator that produces finished banner creatives, milestone emails, expiry warnings, and a self-service stats reset. |
Requirements
| Requirement | Minimum |
|---|---|
| WordPress | 6.8 |
| PHP | 8.1 |
| Voxel theme | Active and licensed |
| AdRotate | Free or Pro |
| Elementor | Required for the stats widget and dynamic tags only |
Both Voxel and AdRotate are required
Voxel Ads reads Voxel's post types and writes AdRotate's database tables. Without both active it stays idle — no settings screen appears — and tells you what's missing. See Installation.
