Owner Review Replies
When a business replies to a review, the reply should come from the business — not from whoever happens to own the account. Owner Review Replies publishes that reply under the listing's name and logo, with an "Owner Response" badge beside it.
It works through Voxel's existing Post a reply box. There's no separate interface and nothing for the owner to switch on.
Setup
- Go to Voxel Toolkit → Functions and enable Owner Review Replies
- Optionally change the badge text — that's the only setting
How it behaves
When the owner of a listing replies to a review on their own listing:
- The reply is published as the listing — its name, its logo
- An Owner Response badge appears beside it
- A small "Replying as [Listing Name]" label appears above the reply box, so it's clear what will happen before they type
Everything else goes through unchanged:

Only the first reply is branded, matching how review responses work on other platforms — one official response per review, with any follow-up discussion as a normal conversation.
Logo fallback
The listing's logo is used where the post type has one. Where it doesn't, the post's featured image is used instead.
The notification
Replying fires a real Voxel App Event: "Voxel Toolkit: Owner replied to review", under Voxel → App Events. Recipient, in-app notification and email subject and body are all editable there, so the original reviewer can be told their review was answered.
Managing branded replies
Editing and deleting work exactly as they do for any other reply, through Voxel's own controls. This function changes who a reply is published as, not how it's managed afterwards.
Notes
- There is no "post as" switch for owners to find or miss — the behaviour is automatic, which is the point.
- Replies on other people's listings are never affected.
- Disabling the function leaves existing replies as they are.
