Orders Screen Options

Voxel's Ecommerce → Orders page always shows 15 orders and a fixed set of columns. This function adds WordPress' native Screen Options panel — the same one core admin tables have — so each admin can choose how many orders show per page and which columns are visible.

Overview

This function is always enabled — no toggle needed. On the Orders page you'll find a Screen Options (VT) tab in the top-right corner (where WordPress always puts it), containing:

• Orders per page — any number from 1 to 500 (default 15)
• Columns — checkboxes for ID, Customer, Amount, Status, Vendor, and Date

Both preferences are saved per user, exactly like core WordPress tables — your choices don't affect other admins.

How to Use

1. Go to Ecommerce → Orders (the Voxel orders page)
2. Click Screen Options (VT) in the top-right corner
3. Set your per-page number and click Apply
4. Check or uncheck columns — changes apply immediately

Hide the Vendor column on single-vendor sites, or the Date column when triaging by status.

Troubleshooting

The Screen Options tab is missing

• Update Voxel Toolkit — this feature is always on once installed
• Confirm you're on the orders list (the panel doesn't show on the single-order view)

Per-page setting doesn't stick

• Preferences save per user — confirm you clicked Apply after changing the number

Columns reappear after unchecking

• Hard-refresh once; column preferences are saved via WordPress' own AJAX and persist per user
