Order Reports (VT)
A sales dashboard vendors can actually see. The Order Reports (VT) widget puts revenue, order counts, best sellers and trends on the front end, scoped to the logged-in vendor's own sales.
Voxel's Orders screen shows a list. This shows the shape of the business.
Setup
- Go to Voxel Toolkit → Widgets and enable Order Reports (VT)
- Add the widget to a page — typically a vendor dashboard behind a login
- Set the scope and choose which elements to show
Scope

Platform scope is admin-only
The entire-platform scope is only rendered for administrators. A vendor viewing the same page still sees only their own figures, so one dashboard page works for everyone.
What it shows
Summary figures — revenue, order count, average order value, and items sold.
Trend chart — revenue and orders over the selected period.
Status breakdown — a doughnut chart of orders by status, using Voxel's own status labels so it matches what's on the Orders screen.
Top products — best sellers ranked by revenue, with quantity sold.
Each element can be switched off if it isn't relevant.
Date range
A filter offers This week, This month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year, All time, or a custom range. Every figure and chart on the widget follows the selection.
Styling
Typography, colours, borders, shadows and spacing are controllable per element from the Style tab, including the chart colours — so the charts can match the site palette rather than a default library one.
The whole widget is responsive down to mobile.
Notes
- Figures are read from Voxel's own order records, so they always agree with the Orders screen.
- Test-mode and live orders are kept separate, matching Voxel's behaviour.
- A vendor with no orders in the selected range sees zeroed figures rather than an empty widget.
