Dashboards & Widgets

Every party gets a view of the quote requests: customers on the front end, vendors on the front end or in a slim admin area, and admins in the back end.

Customer dashboard

[customer_quote_submissions] — or better inside Elementor, the Customer Quotes Dashboard widget.

Logged-in customers see their own requests (matched by their account email): the items with images, the vendor, the requested dates with computed duration, the status, the quote amount, a collapsible "Your request details" section with everything they submitted, and — on quoted requests — the Accept / Decline buttons.

The widget adds styling controls for cards, header, typography, status and amount badges, item rows and image size, date chips, the details box, and the two decision buttons separately.

Inside page builders, use the widget

Pasting the shortcode into an Elementor Text Editor runs it through a content filter that can inject stray markup. The dashboards are hardened against this, but the dedicated widgets bypass the problem entirely — and they're the only way to get the styling controls.

Vendor dashboard (front end)

[vendor_quote_submissions] — or the Vendor Quotes Dashboard widget (styling controls for the table, status pills, buttons, and detail cards).

Vendors see and manage only requests for their own items: full details, product images, status updates with the quoted-amount flow, and their private notes. Place it in your account/panel area — on Voxel sites, right alongside the profile and favourites panels.

Vendor admin area

Vendors with back-end access also get a top-level My Quotes menu in wp-admin with the same scope: their requests only, no delete button (unless you allow it), no access to other vendors' data.

Quote Requests → All Quotes shows everything across all vendors: status statistics, a Vendor column with an "All Vendors" filter, the Quote Amount column, search, and bulk actions. Single entries show all customer data, items, notes, the customer's decision with its timestamp, and (admin-only) the IP and browser info.

Quote button

The Quote Button widget / [quote_button] shortcode adds the "Add to Quote" button anywhere — single templates, loop cards, or fixed placements. Button colors, size, padding, and radius are configured under Settings → Button Styling with a live preview; the Elementor widget adds per-instance styling on top.
