Release notes for every Voxel Calendar release, newest first. The current release is 1.4.1.

The form's default filter values now pre-filter the calendar — if a linked search form has a filter with a default value, including dynamic tags like @post(post-relation-field.id) resolved against the current post, the calendar's first render is already filtered. A calendar on a single-post template can act as a per-organizer timetable with no visitor interaction needed.
URL parameters follow the form's own rules — search params in the URL apply with the same precedence the form itself uses (its "Update URL" setting), instead of always applying.
One-time sync on load — if the mounted form's state ever differs from what the server rendered, the calendar syncs once so the two always match.

Fixed: day cells now grow with their content — with "Events Per Day" set above 3, the last event was clipped and the "+X more" button was pushed outside the cell where it couldn't be clicked. Cells now expand to fit, and all cells in a week row stay equal height.

Link the Calendar widget to a Voxel Search Form — searching or filtering in the form updates the calendar in place, with no post feed required. Linking uses Voxel's native relation control, the same pairing flow as connecting a search form to a post feed.
Follows the form's "Search on" setting — the calendar refreshes live as filters change when the form searches on filter update, or waits for the Search button in submit mode. Clear resets the calendar along with the form.
All filter types apply — filtered queries run through Voxel's native search engine, so keywords, taxonomy terms, location, date and every other filter type work exactly as they do on a post feed.
Shareable filtered views — opening the page with search parameters in the URL renders the calendar already filtered on first load.
Fixed — removed leftover debug logging in the search-driven event query path.

Added — additional styling options for the widget.
Fixed — the calendar now shows events more than 3 months out (ICS feed cache range expanded from 3 months to 1 year).
Fixed — height issue when 2 events show on the same day.

View Switcher style section — full Elementor controls for the view switcher: container background, padding and border radius; button size, icon size, padding, gap and border radius; Normal/Hover/Active tabs with background and icon color pickers.
Fixed — view switcher icon padding reduced for a cleaner appearance, and the icon color is now properly customizable via Elementor.
Changed — switcher icons converted to inline SVGs so they inherit CSS colors.

ICS calendar feed integration — import events from any external ICS/iCal feed (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar) with 1-hour caching.
Two display modes — Full Event Details shows event info in a configurable popup (title, time, location, description, organizer, URL); Availability mode marks dates as unavailable instead.
Availability patterns — diagonal lines, solid, or crosshatch styling for unavailable dates.
Elementor controls — widget settings for the ICS feed and per-field display toggles.
